Air Fryer BBQ Pork Ribs for 4 People
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup of your favourite BBQ sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, if not already done.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
5. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, bone side down, and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
6. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they develop a nice glaze.
7. Remove the ribs from the air fryer, let them rest for a few minutes, and then slice between the bones.
